We worked hard to develop a new 4 way stretch micro fibre fabric that is perfect for Jiu Jitsu. Although all our shorts now have anti-bobble technology, we always recommend washing your Progress shorts on a cold wash. If you have to wash hot, please do not exceed 30 degree.
