> What is the status of my order?
As soon as your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation e-mail! Further e-mails with your tracking info will follow when your items are packaged. If you have placed an order but not received any confirmation, just let us know at email@example.com and we can fix any problems with your e-mail!
> Can I change my order?
If you want to change the items in your order, that's no problem! Just let us know as soon as possible, as we can't make any changes after the order has been collected by our trusted couriers!
> Where do you ship?

> How long does shipping take?
We ship your goods as fast as possible! Every order made before 3PM GMT ships the same day and our couriers travel worldwide quickly. UK orders arrive next day, Europe within 2-5 days. And USA, Australia, Asia all within 7 days.
> How can I track my package?
Using the tracking number sent out by e-mail, you can track your goods exact location with FedEx, UPS, DPD or Royal Mail. If you have any questions about the wherabouts of your parcel we can help - just e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
> What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GooglePay, PayPal, Apple Pay and all major credit cards!
> Which currency will I be charged in?
Unless you pay using cryptocurrency, all orders will be charged in GBP (£).
> Do you offer multiple payments?
Yes! You can pay for your orders in monthly installments using our credit partnership with Klarna. Each product page has a button to help you learn about how paying with Klarna works!
> Do you accept returns?
Yes! Anything that is unwashed or untrained in, we will accept back through our Returns Portal // https://progressjj.returnscenter.com/
> Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Through our returns portal you can decide whether you'd like an exchange of size, or a full refund.
> Are returns free?
If your goods are damaged, we offer a full paid for returns service. If the goods are being returned for any other reason, the shipping is paid for by the customer.
> Do you have a physical store?
We have an office / warehouse in Manchester, UK. If you'd like to return any items to us directly, that's no problem! Just drop us an e-mail on email@example.com and we can arrange a time for you.
