Progress Jiu Jitsu offers FREE SHIPPING to all countries in*  
There is a minimum spend amount required before you can access Free shipping (see the chart below)  
Progress orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, and all orders include a tracking number emailed to you.  Please see the chart below for shipping prices and estimated delivery time per country.
The deadline for same day shipping is 3.30pm UK time (GMT).

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If there is nobody available to receive the package, the courier will leave a not with information about how to arrange a collection from the local depot, or arrange a re-delivery. 

If the order was attempted to be delivered but the customer was not home, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

Undelivered packages are returned to our head office in Manchester, UK. If you would like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will be happy to accept returns of items that are in resalable condition as long as they are returned within 30 days of the shipment date, and provided they have not been worn to train in or washed.

You may choose to receive either a refund or exchange. Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.

For us to refund an item, there must be a valid fault with the item or a mistake from our team.  For example we sent the wrong size, or the item is damaged.

NOTES

For all items returned to us in a poor condition, ie, required cleaning / steaming the item before re-sale, there will be a £5 re-stocking fee.  If the item is not re saleable even after cleaning, we may not approve the return.
