Progress 2025 in Review

2025 was a big year for Progress.
Across the year, our competition team delivered on the biggest stages in the sport. Tarik became both European and World No-Gi Champion. Ffion Davies won Masters Worlds. Owen Livesey claimed the Polaris title. Mark MacQueen took gold at ADCC Trials. Julian Espinosa also became European Champion. Across No-Gi Euros, ADCC events, and international competitions, Progress athletes consistently performed at the highest level.
We also continued to grow the Progress athlete team and focus on building a stronger internal community. This included the Progress Athlete Open Mat, a two-day training camp in preparation for No-Gi Euros. Keep an eye out for a sneak peek at our exclusive Progress athletes competition kit.
Outside of competition, we ran projects and events that pushed Progress forward. This included the REORG collaboration, the launch of the PRG training collection, RAF Video 2, and the Progress Kumite, which gave some of the best no-gi competitors in the UK the chance to compete against each other.
The team’s favourite product releases of the year included Smoked Ink, the Calavera Collection, the Heritage Collection, the M6 Lite, and Woodland Camo. We also passed 100,000 orders during the year, a milestone that reflects the continued support from the Progress community.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re continuing to upgrade and innovate across our product line to deliver the highest quality gear and best value possible. Alongside that, we’re focused on helping grow the jiu jitsu community through events, athlete support, and opportunities to get involved. There’s a lot to come from us at Progress JJ, and we’ll be sharing more soon.
Thanks for supporting Progress.
