Sizing

The Academy Gi has a standard cut and the full size chart can be found above ⬆️

Washing

We recommend washing our Gis on a cold setting with non-bio detergent. Don't machine dry to avoid shrinkage and extend the longevity of your Progress Gi!

Is the women's cut different?

Yes! Our F-sizes are built with slightly slimmer shoulders and more accomodating trousers to allow for full range of motion whilst rolling, we've listened to our female athletes and customers over the years to develop the perfect female sizing!

Female Specific Cut

As well as being reinforced in all the right areas, our Women's Academy Gi has a cut with slightly narrower shoulders and wider hips to suit the female grapplers, something we've worked on alongside our athletes to *try* and get perfect!
