As soon as your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation e-mail! Further e-mails with your tracking info will follow when your items are packaged. If you have placed an order but not received any confirmation, just let us know at support@progressjj.co.uk and we can fix any problems with your e-mail!
If you want to change the items in your order, that's no problem! Just let us know as soon as possible via info@progressjj.com.au as we can't make any changes after the order has been collected by our trusted couriers!
We ship throughout Australia & New Zealand from our dedicated warehouse in Brisbane. Shipping orders are Molly & Josh, so if you have any queries about shipping just drop them an e-mail info@progressjj.com.au
We ship your goods as fast as possible! Every order made before 3PM ships the same day and we use AusPost for most of our shipments, depending on your distance from Brisbane your order will be with you in 2-3 working days!
Using the tracking number sent out by e-mail, you can track your goods exact location with FedEx, UPS, DPD or Royal Mail. If you have any questions about the wherabouts of your parcel we can help - just e-mail support@progressjj.co.uk.

Yes! You can pay for your orders in monthly installments using our credit partnership with Klarna. Each product page has a button to help you learn about how paying with Klarna works!

Yes we do indeed! If you read through our Returns Policy, this will explain everything in the easiest way possible. For our Australian customers just e-mail support@progressjj.co.uk and we will arrange the return for you :)
We have a storage and shipping warehouse in Brisbane, if you'd like to drop in you can e-mail info@progressjj.com.au to arrange a time - but really it's just for holding stock and packaging up your orders rather than a shop.
