Month in Review- October 2025

October has had it all! From shooting with one of the UK’s best, to a strong team performance at the London Open, and the exciting build-up to No-Gi Euros, it’s been a packed month across the Progress family. Here’s what went down…

Mark MacQueen Shoot

We caught up with 2x ADCC Trials champ Mark MacQueen for a new shoot and a behind-the-scenes look at his preparation to compete at the top level of BJJ. Mark’s professionalism and relentless work ethic are something we’re constantly inspired by. He’s on the rise to the very top of the world BJJ scene, and we’re proud to have him represent Progress every step of the way.

London Open

The team showed up big at the IBJJF London Open on the 11th and 12th.

Standout performances included:

Isa – Gold, Blair – Silver, Lois – Double Gold, Rodrigo – Gold & Silver, Theo – Gold.

A special shoutout to Cam Donnelly, who took Gold in No-Gi after coming back from serious back surgery earlier this year. His journey back to competition embodies everything we stand for at Progress.

Progress Open Mat + Ranked Rashie Drop

With No-Gi Euros around the corner, we got the competition team together for two open mat sessions focused on building our athlete community. We also dropped our latest Ranked Rashguards, just in time for the Euros. Seeing everyone repping the new gear at open mat was class, we can’t wait to see them on the mats across Europe soon.

Black Friday Prep:

The Progress team is buzzing as we gear up for Black Friday. Product shoots, planning, and plenty of late nights have gone into this black Friday preparation to make sure we’ve got something special lined up for the Progress community. Stay tuned, this year’s drop is going to be a big one.

That’s everything for October. Huge thanks to everyone training, competing and supporting Progress, you guys are what makes all of this possible. Let’s carry on this momentum and finish the year strong.
