Current World and ADCC champion Ffion Davies breaks in her signature ADCC rashguard at Stealth BJJ HQ in Manchester England. At this open mat a few months ago, Ffion works through several of her signature jiu jitsu techniques whilst getting ready for the IBJJF No Gi Panams ( where she took home a silver medal). Watch the highlight of the training session as Ffion hits some impressive submissions, guard passes and sweeps.
