Although all our rashguards now have anti-bobble technology, we always recommend washing your Progress shorts on a cold wash. If you have to wash hot, please do not exceed 30 degree. Do not use a tumble dryer, only hang dry, all our rashguards are quick drying so it will only take a couple of hours to be ready to roll again.

Good quality but should have sized down
Bought this as my first rashguard! I wanted a long sleeved black one which they didn't have in a women's fit, so I went for a men's. It's fine, but I should have sized down - I'm a size 12 and got a small, but I wish I'd gotten an XS. Still, can't fault the product!
