When does the website lock and how do I get early access?

The website will be locked the evening of Monday, Nov. 18th and unlocked on Wednesday, Nov. 20th for early access. General access is on Thursday, Nov. 21st. If you are a part of our email and/or SMS community, then you will receive the early access email on the 20th

Will there be exclusive offers for people on the email early access list?

YES! This year we will be releasing the limited edition Eagle Rashguard on the early access day for members only and you will get first chance at the Classico Green Rashguard. We are really excited about this rashguard and can't wait to get it out to the Progress community. Additionally, early access will guarantee you a chance at our full range as 30% of our products sold out the first day last year!

We also will be running double legend points on all orders placed on the 20th, so make sure you are signed up for our legend points program.

What is so special about this Black Friday?

For the first time ever during BF we are offering up to 50% off storewide, including a bunch of new gis, no gi sets and apparel which we have recently released and will be releasing during the BF week. Discounts will be applied across the entire product range. We also will be making a bunch of cool behind the scenes content so you can check out what it is like at Progress HQ during our busiest time of the year.

Can I edit my order after placement?

Normally yes but, during the BF event we are unable to edit orders due to the extreme demand. If you have an issue with an order after you have placed it and before you have received it. Just send us an email and we will work together to resolve it.

What is the discount code for this year?

No codes this year! The discounts will automatically be applied at checkout. So, just add all your favourites to your cart and head over to the checkout page.

When does BF week end at Progress?

Our BF celebration will run until the evening of Monday, December 2nd.

Is there a cap or maximum I can order during BF?

Nope! Stock up on everything you need/want, there is no order limit or max.

Are there long delays in receiving my order during BF?

Nope not at Progress! We make sure to process all orders within 24hrs (orders placed after work hours on Friday will be processed the following Monday). We make sure to work with the best couriers so, that once they pick up your order from one of our warehouses it will be delivered to you according to the service type which you have selected at checkout.

Will my order still be shipped the same day?

Yes, we will dispatch all orders the same day up to 3pm, order after 3pm will go out the next business day.
