How can I track my package?

Using the tracking number sent out by e-mail, you can track your goods exact location with FedEx, UPS, DPD or Royal Mail. If you have any questions about the wherabouts of your parcel we can help - just e-mail support@progressjj.co.uk.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
  • Yes we do indeed! If you read through our Returns Policy, this will explain everything in the easiest way possible.
Do you have a physical store?

We have an office / warehouse in Manchester, UK. If you'd like to return any items to us directly, that's no problem! Just drop us an e-mail on support@progressjj.co.uk and we can arrange a time for you.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept GooglePay, PayPal, Apple Pay and all major credit / debit providers. We also work alongside Klarna & Afterpay to facilitate payments over 3-months. 
Which currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in either GBP, EUR, USD or AUD depending on which store you are shopping with us on. Depending on where you are logged in you'll be redirected to the correct regional store. 

Can I buy now and pay later?

Yes! You can pay for your orders in monthly installments using our credit partnership with Klarna. Each product page has a button to help you learn about how paying with Klarna works!

Account Issues

Where do I see my Legend Points?

On your account page when you're logged in you can track your orders, see your Legend Points balance and also update your Wishlist!

How do I login to my account?

On our main menu select "log in" and you'll be directed to a page where you put in your e-mail address. From here you'll either login with Shop or receive a code to your e-mail to let you login to your account. No need to remember your password and this helps with the security of your Progress account. 

Delivery & Shipping

What is the status of my order?

As soon as your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation e-mail! Further e-mails with your tracking info will follow when your items are packaged. If you have placed an order but not received any confirmation, just let us know at support@progressjj.co.uk and we can fix any problems with your e-mail!

Can I change my order?

If you want to change the items in your order, that's no problem! Just let us know as soon as possible, as we can't make any changes after the order has been collected by our trusted couriers!

Where do you ship?

We ship Worldwide and we have regional warehouses in England, Belgium, USA & Australia. When you visit the website you'll see the correct shipping options based on your closest Progress warehouse. 

How long does shipping take?

We ship your goods as fast as possible, if you order before 3PM in the store's timezone your order will ship same day. Shipping options are always available for express and standard delivery.
