Upgrade your Jiu Jitsu with Progress' collection of men's spats. Specifically engineered for Jiu Jitsu, these compression trousers provide not only comfort but also protection, working hard so you can focus purely on your technique. They minimise friction and help prevent mat burn and scratches, keeping you comfortable during long, intense rolling sessions.

Our spats can be used across other grappling martial arts too. Crafted with high-quality, quick-drying fabric, our spats come in a range of colours and sizes to best suit your style on the mat. Whether worn beneath your gi pants or as standalone wear for no-gi grappling, they allow for full mobility as well as resilience no matter the martial art. Invest in your Jiu Jitsu performance and protection on the mat with our BJJ spats for men.
