How should I wash my Roger Gracie gi or rash guard?

To keep your gi or rash guard in top condition, wash it in cold water after every session and hang it to

dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying, bleach, or fabric softeners, as they can weaken the fabric or affect the fit. Turning rash guards inside out will help preserve print quality.
