Sizing

Click the size chart link above to find your perfect fit.
Our rashguards are standard size, so similar to most other brands.

Washing

Although all our rashguards now have anti-bobble technology, we always recommend washing your Progress rashguards on a cold wash. If you have to wash hot, please do not exceed 30 degree. Do not use a tumble dryer, only hang dry, all our rashguards are quick drying so it will only take a couple of hours to be ready to roll again. Never use bleach!

The Progress promise

We all train BJJ at Progress and we know what you expect when you buy rashguards from us: long lasting quality, comfort and style. We can say from experience, our rashguards are the real deal and the real customer reviews only back us up. If you ever have any (rare) issue with your Progress rashguards, please get in touch with us by e-mail support@progressjj.co.uk or on social media @progressjj and we'll do our best to fix any issues you have. That's a promise!

The story behind the NSNP Metal Collection

NSNP is who we are. It stands for No Struggle, No Progress. In jiu jitsu, struggle isn’t optional, it’s inevitable. Over time, you learn not to resist it, but to embrace it. Because that’s where it happens. That’s where you make progress. The NSNP Metal Collection’s purpose is to encourage you to embrace the struggle. We know we embrace the struggle. The question is… will you?

What makes Progress rashguards so special?

We use a special Polyester/spandex blended lightweight fabric that ensures the most comfortable fit, and perfect for rolling.

Our premium rashguard fabric also has anti-bobble technology, meaning the life time use of your rashguard will be much longer than a regular rashguard, even after extensive washing.
