Our shorts are super flexible, the elasticated waistbands have a lot of stretch. If you're inbetween sizes we'd recommend dropping down for sure.

Length is perfect with 100% range of motion. I, personally, hate grappling shorts with velcro and drawstrings on some brands are cheap. The rubberized elastic waist in these is perfect as well. The progress board shorts are quickly becoming my favorites
